Jane Gardner is a partner in the marketing consulting group, Harbour. Jane was formerly Vice President of Marketing for Scientific Learning Corporation in Berkeley, California. Prior to joining Scientific Learning, Jane was an Executive Vice President at Foote, Cone & Belding, one of the world's largest advertising firms. Over 20 years at FCB, Jane led a number of teams in developing highly successful marketing communications strategies for the firm's clients, including Amazon.com, Janus Mutual Funds, Novell, Pacific Bell, Clorox, and Intuit. Jane is a graduate of Williams College and the Stanford Graduate School of Business. She is currently Board Chair for Children Now, a children's advocacy group, and a member of the board of University High School in San Francisco.
Steve Loosley
Steve is the past president of and a current consultant to Roseburg Paving Company, a road construction company based in Roseburg, Oregon. Roseburg Paving is a fixed based grading, paving and underground contractor which also supplies ready mix concrete, sand and gravel, and crushed aggregate. The company is a division of LTM Incorporated, a subsidiary of Knife River Corporation. Steve is a graduate of Oregon State University in Chemical Engineering and the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
David G. McNellis
David McNellis is a principal in Building Solutions, a consulting firm providing services to small and medium size firms in the building materials and construction industries. He founded Building Solutions after a 32-year career with Owens Corning. During that time, he held a number of leadership positions in product line and market management, new product development, market research and sales management.
David is on the board of Alcal-Arcade Contracting Inc, a large specialty contractor headquartered in Hayward, CA. David earned a B.S. degree from Michigan State University and an M.B.A. from the University of Oregon.
Patrick Peterson
Patrick Peterson is Chief Technologist for the Call Center Analytics group of BBN Technologies, in Cambridge, Massachusetts. At BBN, Pat has developed Web-based tools for applying advanced technology to help non-technical field personnel understand and improve complex, labor-intensive workflows, such as those in call centers and construction. Prior to joining BBN, Pat worked on computer-aided design and simulation systems for Ingenieurburo Hossdorf, a construction-engineering firm in Basel, Switzerland. Pat has a doctorate in Electrical Engineering from MIT.
Dave Torrey
Dave Torrey is President of Growth Resources Partners, a Palo Alto-based management consulting and venture capital firm. Prior to founding Growth Resources Partners, Dave headed Octel Communications Corporation's marketing organization from pre-revenue to a run rate in excess of $50 million, then served as Octel's Vice President of Business Development until 1992. Dave is a graduate of the University of California and the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
