We’re a small team, with ten plus years of operational and industry know how, working closely with our customers to create products they love to use.

Come work with us! We are on the lookout for a Sales and Customer Support person to help us both maintain our current business and release a new suite of software products. The job can be structured with some flexibility, 28 to 40 hours per week.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Maintain databases of customers and accounts
  • Run monthly training sessions for distributor customers
  • Provide monthly and year-end reporting to manufacturer and distributor customers
  • Provide daily customer support by phone and email; schedule calls and demos
  • Manage, as part of a team, BuildSite’s Salesforce CRM for customers and prospects
  • Manage, as part of a team, inbound marketing and sales data
  • Manage, as part of a team, customer analytics
  • Help us build our brand and customer base by participating in customer demos, marketing communications, and similar duties

Candidate Profile

  • B.A./B.S. in any subject or equivalent experience
  • Great listening and communication skills, both oral and written
  • Highly organized self-starter; able to work collaboratively in a small company
  • Facility with MS Office, Salesforce, and website analytics with a willingness to learn new tools
  • Able to creatively and proactively solve problems
  • 3+ years of relevant work experience
