Production Associate

Come work with us! We are on the lookout for a Production Associate to help maintain the BuildSite database of construction and building material product and technical data. The job can be structured flexibly, 10 to 20 hours per week.

This is a great opportunity for someone interested in commercial construction, architecture, and engineering who wants to learn more about materials – the nuts and bolts, literally. The right candidate is comfortable with data and databases and is analytical, detail oriented, and proactive. Sound like you? Let’s talk!

Role and Responsibilities:

• Use our browser-based Production Tool to review and update documents in a 60,000 record product database
• Review building material product data and assign products to industry categories
• Do manual hands-on data entry as well as other related duties as needed

You’ll be part of a dynamic team, collaborating with product development, business development, and marketing professionals.

Candidate Profile

• B.A./B.S. in any subject, or a degree in process
• Self-starter; able to work collaboratively in a small company
• Facility with MS Office, website analytics, and other web-based tools
• Willingness to proactively solve problems
• Relevant experience in database management
• Familiarity with building materials a plus, but not required
